I have a lot to judge from the looks of it, and I am crossing my fingers that I can get it done this weekend, but I make no promises. Now, the way the new owner will be announced will be though a deviation, so keep an eye on those, I'll update the journal then but the first public announcement will be though that deviation. I'm getting started on that now so that it'll be ready when judging is completed. The new owner should be posted no later than Wednesday.

Another note to keep in mind is that I will be posting every point of judging. Every point will only be awarded if I feel it should be and every point will be explained. The highest possible score is 100(so 25% of the 100 is 25 points for that section), and I will be awarding freebie points to affiliates simply because, well, they're affiliates and what's the fun in being a affiliate if you don't get perks. I do not plan on making these points huge game-changers, but they'll help make up points where they'd been lost, but I don't plan to make it unfair just because one person is a affiliate and the other isn't. That's definitly not in my eyes counted as fair. The person who wins Lou will have it well-earned and the public will hopefully see that.

So to end on a positive note, Lou should be over 150 points with HARPG-The-WD now, and should be near the 200 point mark. As far as I'm aware, she'll be the highest pointed western horse to ever be publically sold

Spanky is touching 295.5 points right now with the WD and let us cross our fingers that I'm able to get him accepted as Hall of Fame before she is sold, meaning this filly will have two Hall of Fame parents behind her, it really doesn't get much better than that folks, so don't sit around and pass up this offer, this filly is one of the last Holly foals for a long long time (I plan to cut her off after another breeding or two and she will remained closed until all her foals are Best of the Best or higher, which might take a while, likely a year or two if not longer - I will retain a few eggs if she's deceased by then; but eggs will have a 50-75% conception rate which means not all may be fertile eggs and not all breedings will result in foals. Once all foals surpass BotB, I'll consider allowing her to produce a few more foals, but only then, so this is one of the last chances available for a direct Holly baby for a extremely long time.). Old news: New RULE! -- Lots of new information! New entries! Her sire, Spanky, is now a Best of Best horse! This filly has one HoF parent and a BotB parent! Got a week left to get those bids in! This will be one of the last chances to purchase a direct Holly foal with no included! PD Driftin' Tramp currently has 117 points with HARPG-The-WD, that being a minimum since when she goes to her new owner she will have more points than just that. She is only 83 points from Best of the Best status with the WD. This is a one of a kind filly that will offer your stable more than you could ever known. I highly advise submitting a bid or two before it's too late to get a horse this special.

Old news: Holly has risen to 340+ points with HARPG-The-WD. Highest known point count to date! Also New bids! Also, keep in mind that I am counting her registry points as if I own her, when a person purchases her the points transfer to the regular full points instead of "art by others" points. In an effort to expand the Painted Desert star line, I am offering a foal out of our own two lines, this filly is sired by PD Handdown Hancock [290+ WD points] and PD Hollywood Tramp [340+ WD points]. This foal comes from two very proven lines and would be a special addition to any ranch. This will be an art auction only and points will not be used for this sale.

Rules

Due to the lineage of this foal, if you ever need to rehome your foal please let me know and I will contact the next highest bidder. Selling to an unapproved home will result in a ban from all PDR events, including breedings and purchase of my direct foals[as it's apart of my breeding regulations that I can repossess a foal if I see a home unfit].

You are not allowed to change any information on this foal. Nada.

Please keep this foal active, failure to do so will result in a warning, continued failure will result in repossession of foal.

If your thinking of purchasing this foal through bidding, then please realize I expect to see this foal as a Best of Best some day, if not a Hall of Fame horse. This foal was too good of bloodlines to not make it that far, she was born a Super, nearly Premium, so you have a very good chance of making it there in no time at all.

This filly can have a maximum of 10 foals. I'd like to reserve 2 of those foal spots, so that leaves 8 for you to split for yourself and the public. When she reaches Best of Best at HARPG-The-WD I will consider awarding one additional spot and if she reaches Hall of Fame I will reward 2 more spots. Otherwise any foals over that 10 will have to be erased from dA. Chose carefully who you breed to! To get more than 10 foals [not breedings, but foals] you must have my written permission. To get written permission I will upload a document signed with my signature into my scraps, and without that foals will have to be erased.

If you consider these rules strict, they honestly aren't that bad, and if you don't like them, then I'd rather you don't bid. I love Holly quite a bit, despite her being a pixel, and I refuse to have someone trash a foal from her. If you have something bad to say, don't say it at all. I will not tolerate anything negative related to this foal or the auction.

Bidding

If you'd like to enter her in a show for your bid you will still get the same amount of points for this auction, BUT it will help her group association points for when she is sold. If you want to show her for your bid please comment on this journal with a link to the show and what class. Realize you must draw her under a year of age, and may only enter in Halter, Liberty and Costume classes.

You are allowed to submit more than one bid, and the amount of bids does play a part in the final score. 25% of your score!

Effort is key! I would rather give a foal to someone who shows effort than someone who drew 100 messy scribbles. Effort is 25% of your score.
